Miyavi announces first world tour!
During his December 25th live in Japan, visual kei artist Miyavi announced that he will be embarking on his first ever world tour in 2008. The tour titled, THIS IZ THE JAPANESE KABUKI ROCK TOUR 2008 will contain stops in America, Germany, France, England, Finnland, South Korea, Taiwan, China and Japan. No further information including actual dates have been released yet but i will be staying on top of this and updating the blog with the information as it becomes available to me.

Hey, I just checked Miyavi’s myspace and he has dates posted for three concerts in different locations in California. I really hope that’s not the only state he plays in.
Lu-chan your welcome! As for his web site, it is very tricky. I have trouble with it myself. One time i must of sat for 5 minutes trying to get the menu to work before i gave up lol.
Mr. Z you are right, with his fast growing popularity i’m sure in time he will spread out further in the world and soon visit more places. =)
Well i don’t live in Europe but i live in the USA – NY so i hope he comes here hehe i like him =] I think more artist should do world tours coz they do have fans more then just in Japan! I like band Nightmare too..sorry got off the subject hehe! But im really happy that he will be making world tour! *excited*!! I hope to see him in the future in concert!
Oh, by the way, I wanna announce here that we are searching for european miyavi fans because we´re planning to do a ScrapBook and a Tour Journal of his European Tour with photos, drawings, messages, signatures and other stuff and sent them to the official adress provided by EMS to show Miyavi our gratitude and love for his music. And, of course, planning a meeting for each concert

. Yes, obviously from the number of replies to this post, Miyavi is super-big all over the world, and we can only hope right that proof like this (yes in an orderly fashion!) of his popularity can help result in his going to more places to perform in concert!

Miyavi has mentioned it a little bit in his diary at oresama as well but he doesn’t give out much information. He just says that soon he will release information about the tour. I believe it is still being planned.
I will post any new information as soon as it is released. I check for it everyday. =)

Pebbles, where did you look for the info? I tried to enter in oresama page, but it seem broken or else, and at myspace he doesn´t talk about the tour either…I´m afraid I would miss his performance in France, since I´m from Spain and I need a little more time to making the preparations (why the hell he donesn´t come to Spain too?So sad…)

Far Miyavi will be announcing tour information very soon, i dont know exactly when though but i am staying on top of this and checking everyday for an annoucement. As soon as he does make one i will post it. =)
