It will be called the “Nintendo DSi,” is scheduled to release on November 1 in Japan (with an overseas release for sometime next year), and it will be thinner, with a larger screen size. You can take pictures with the built-in camera, write or draw on them, and display them on your Wii!
Nintendo’s goal for this new version of the DS is to market it as a “first toy camera for children and a tool for network-building and party fun for older people”.
In addition, the device will also include an audio player.
