Ogenki desuka? Watashi wa genki janai yo =(
Why? Cuz my exams are starting next Tuesday! *dame dame*
Ok… Heads up to those Malaysian readers or others travelling to Malaysia soon… There will be two BIG BIG anime festivals happening on June and July… First one is at Sunway University Malaysia organised by Sun-UAC.. It’s the animeclub by anime loving students =)

SUAC Animangaki 2009
As you can see on the posters are the details of where, when and what you will expect at the festival! Sounds like fun? Well, sadly Miss Yuki won’t be able to go because of her finals… Sighs… Joudanjanai yo~~
This is definitely a not to me missed event… Media partner is Animax so expect it to be BIG… For more info visit their website…
What else is in stored for Malaysian fans in July??
THIS IS~~
DaiCon - A Celebration of Japanese Modern Visual Culture
I could only get hold of the banner… No poster… DaiCon is a free public event unlike the Sunway-U one but both are great exposure for anime =) Organised by Multimedia University at the Putrajaya Campus.
What will be expected at this EVEN BIGGER event?
Special appearance by Chihara Minori who is a singer as well as a Seiyuu. Her profile boasts a wide variety of anime voice-overs like /the Law of Ueki, Lucky Star (Minami Iwasaki), The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (Yuki Nagato), Tenjo Tenge (Aya Natsume), Humanoid Monster Bem (Mistuki Kisaragi), Da Capo II (Nanaka Shirakawa), and many many more~~
Other than that, there will be cosplay and karaoke competitions, figurine exhibition, Macross Compendium, Go Adventure (some kind of game that looks like checkers to me), Doujin Corridor, as well as a J-pop exhibition!!
Hahaha… I guess the only reason I would go is because of the J-pop Exhibition!! Look at the banner below and you’ll know why I’m hyped abt it!! =) It says on the website you can even cosplay as your favourite JE member… Swts… How on earth can I do that?? hahahaha… Get a plastic surgery?? Hmmm… Looking forward to see that… Click on each banner for more info abt each event =) BTW, to meet Chihara Minori, you gotta pay $$… Quite expensive for me so I’ll probably skip that event… It’s like RM 150 (no autograph) and RM250 (with autograph)…
For more info, head on down to their website at http://daiconnews.com/
That’s all folks… Benkyou Benkyou! <study study>
