Announced July 2, 2008 on the official HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR blog, Maakii broke the news to fans that she will be parting ways with the band at the end of the year after recently having been wed to DREAMS COME TRUE member Nakamura Masato on June 22, 2008.

TOSHI with T-EARTH: Newly formed, TOSHI with T-EARTH will be releasing their debut album Earth Spirit on August 8, 2008.
Metronome: In honor of there 10th anniversary, Metronome will be releasing their BEST COLLECTION 2005→1998→2008 Vol. 1 on September 3, 2008. It will feature a total of 18 tracks from throughout their career.
DVD’s
LM.C: Rap/rock duo LM.C will be releasing their live DVD on September 17, 2008. It will feature footage from their July 18th performance at C.C. Lemon Hall.
During there March 29, 2008 live in Saitama, all female pop/rock group Nakanomori BAND announced that they will be disbanding at the end of June. With vocalist AYAKO needing to undergo throat surgery, the band decided rather than go on a hiatus that it is best that they just go their seperate ways instead.

Asian synth-pop group The Slants are currently spreading Chinatown Dance Rock love across the states while on there Summer tour of America!
They will be performing at the following locations so be sure to check them out if they happen to be coming to your area!
